Here is my representation on what the Enterprise-E could look like after its refit at the end on Nemesis. I heavily modified the CGI model I have with some help from John Eaves who gave me his hull modification / aztec paint blueprints: many thanks to him ! (But it's not quite finished, that's why she's still in drydock :D )
